 CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION AND REFUND POLICY

 (a written request is mandatory)

Pre -registered participants who are unable to attend the event will have their paid fees refunded less a processing fee of 20 €  provided that written notice of non-attendance (by letter or fax) is received by the February 1st 2008.

If cancellation is made after this date, the fee cannot be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the event.
